Vincent is a renowned global expert and author of the ProVT Sales System, a scientific approach to boosting sales results. He has a proven track record as Global Chief Sales Head and Coach in the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Vincent was the former Global Sales Head of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). As a Global Sales Head, Vincent launched the ProVT system in SCBās retail business with outstanding results ā doubling the net profit within five years.
Prior to that, Vincent was the former Regional Sales Head of Citibank, N.A. He launched the ProVT system in all countries in the region and assisted the regional CEO in attaining the goal of one million US dollars net profit per day. This lead to unprecedented results as well as for all the countries in the region. Vincentās lectures are the most highly rated courses in the National University of Singaporeās Senior Management Training Programs.
Meet Carlos Garces:
Carlos was former VP & Country Sales Head of Citibank, N.A. As Sales Head, Carlos helped boost the growth of the bankās cards business, making it the market leader in three years. He grew the sales force from a group of 15 sellers to a team of over 1,200 sales professionals in just 18 months, at the same time boosting sales results from 4 to 28 new customers per month.
After quitting corporate life, Carlos co-founded AESOD Training in 1999. In less than a year and with zero advertising, the reputation of AESOD as a top training company quickly spread.
